If Touch Bible isn’t behaving as expected, often the best thing to do is to restart your device.
Crashes can also occur when your Apple ID is not entered correctly in the Settings App, or due to a download issue.
If that doesn’t help, it you may need to reinstall Touch Bible.

Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store

Android Devices
Certain updates to Android are notorious for installation or update bugs. Unfortunately, It is difficult to resolve these issues because whatever store you purchased your app from handles the installation process. The typical solution is persistence. Fixing these errors involves deleting the app and re-downloading it from your “Downloads” section of your store app. This FAQ provides details the process on multiple devices.
Touch Bible can require a lot of memory to run. It can be tempting to try to manage the memory on your device with a “task killer” app, but task killer apps can make the problems worst. If your device is freezing too much, it might be a better idea to restart it or have it serviced.
